IAL Innovazione Apprendimento Lavoro Friuli Venezia Giulia s.r.l. Impresa Sociale is not for profit agency providing training services for public and private companies since 1955, accredited by the region Friuli Venezia Giulia (VET Regional Law n. 76/82) and operates primarily through public funds.

With its eight centres in the Friuli Venezia Giulia region and over 17,000 users per year, IAL plays an important role from an economic and cultural point of view in the region. The institution also is involved in research, guidance and advice even in an European level, promotes seminars and conferences on emerging issues. During the last 12 months IAL Friuli Venezia Giulia has managed more than 1,000 courses aimed for 13,000 students for more than 174,000 hours of training.
